Founded in Canada in 2004, Virtual Marine was born from a pivotal mission: to improve the safety of lives at sea. Rising from the lessons of the Ocean Ranger disaster, our founders leveraged Newfoundland and Labrador’s deep connection to the ocean to create the world’s first lifeboat simulator.
Today, we are the industry’s leaders and experts, with simulators all over the globe, training thousands of mariners each year. As a vertically integrated company, we design, manufacture, and deliver the solutions we pioneered, ensuring a single, trusted standard of excellence that saves lives.
